Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with experience of more than 3 years to join their office in Bengali Market, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, 138 complaints, commercial matters, recovery matters, and NCLT documents.
• Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and others.
• Provide legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a consistent career history.
• Advocates having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate practice.
