Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with more than 3 years of experience to join their office in Bengali Market, Delhi. The role involves handling both litigation and corporate legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, Section 138 complaints, and documents related to commercial, recovery, and NCLT matters.
• Draft and vet agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal opinions on diverse client matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Litigation experience with willingness to transition into corporate practice.

Salary/Stipend
