Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with more than 4 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. The role involves handling litigation drafting and corporate legal work, providing legal opinions, drafting commercial and recovery-related documents, and undertaking occasional court visits. Preference is given to advocates with litigation experience who are willing to transition to corporate work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, Section 138 complaints, commercial matters, and recovery matters.
• Draft corporate documents including MSAs and various commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice and opinions on diverse client matters.
• Undertake occasional court visits.

Eligibility

• Advocate with more than 4 years of effective experience.
• Litigation experience with willingness to switch to corporate work.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with a consistent career history.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
