Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with more than three years of effective experience to join its Delhi office. The role is suited for advocates with litigation experience who are willing to transition into corporate legal work. The position involves drafting, corporate documentation, legal advisory work, and occasional court visits.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, Section 138 complaints, commercial matters, and recovery matters.
• Handle corporate services including MSAs and various commercial agreements.
• Provide legal opinions and legal advice on diverse client matters.
• Undertake occasional court visits.

Eligibility

• Advocate with more than three years of effective experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role with a consistent career history.
• Litigation experience with willingness to switch to corporate practice.

Salary/Stipend
