Efficax Legal Solutions is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- DRT & IBC Matters — including drafting, filing, and appearances before tribunals.
- End-to-end management of assigned cases with professionalism and efficiency.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in DRT / IBC-related matters is required.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage hearings and filings independently.
- Must hold a valid Bar Council license to practice.
