Efficax Resolution Professionals Private Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Advocate to join their office in Mumbai. They are hiring for 5 positions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and filing applications under Sections 7, 9, 10, 95, and 97 of the IBC.
- Draft legal pleadings, affidavits, and rejoinders for matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and judicial precedents under IBC.
- Attend court proceedings and assist in briefing senior advocates.
- Coordinate with Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, and stakeholders involved in CIRP and liquidation processes.
- Maintain case records, cause lists, and hearing schedules.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university; enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong interest or internship experience in IBC, Company Law, or Commercial Litigation.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, IBBI Regulations, and legal databases.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced legal environment.
