Details of the Job/Internship
Elixir Law LLP is hiring an Advocate to join their office in South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting legal documents, representing clients before various judicial forums, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and handling matters across corporate law, litigation, and intellectual property rights.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Represent clients before various judicial forums.
- Conduct detailed legal and case research.
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Prepare and file legal documentation across courts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to handle cases across practice areas.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- Membership with the Bar Council of India.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, legal research, and argument presentation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property rights, and civil and criminal litigation.
- Prior practical experience in a law firm or as an independent practitioner.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
