Details of the Job/Internship

Enact Legal is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 1 year of experience (freshers with strong academics may also apply) to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on matters related to taxation (direct and indirect), banking and finance, securities litigation, white collar crimes, restructuring, and insolvency.
• Assist in drafting, research, and representation in court and tribunal matters.
• Collaborate with seniors on diverse and complex cases.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience (freshers with strong academic background may apply).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and litigation skills.

Salary/Stipend
