Role and Responsibilities
Drafting and Reviewing of Agreements, working on the IPOs, Banking and NBFC transactions, Foreign Investment Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal Due Diligences, SEBI, and other general corporate and litigation work.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Qualification: LL.B.
