Evara Legal is looking for an advocate specialized in corporate law and capital markets to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role would require drafting and reviewing of agreements, working on the IPOs, listing applications to stock exchanges, Foreign Investment law, mergers and acquisitions, Legal Due Diligences, drafting SPAs, SHAs, Investment Agreements, SEBI, and other general corporate work and agreements including Joint Ventures.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0-3 years.
- Qualification: LL.B.
