Details of the Job/Internship

Finaurt is hiring an Advocate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Gurgaon office. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on compliance, assisting in intellectual property matters, and supporting the legal team across various corporate and regulatory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalise agreements and legal documents.
• Develop terms & conditions and internal policies.
• Advise and assist in labour law compliance, factories compliance, and EHS compliance.
• Prepare and maintain returns, registers, and internal agreements.
• Draft and dispatch legal notices.
• Assist in intellectual property matters, including hearings.
• Handle other assignments within the scope of an Advocate.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in legal drafting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, company policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to intellectual property laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide team members.
