Ghulam Rabbani & Associate is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case laws.
- Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Bar Council membership is mandatory.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
