Details of the Job/Internship

GITASUKH Law Chambers is hiring an Advocate to join its Kolkata office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in courts and other forums.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and opinions.
• Conduct legal research and case preparation.
• Consult with clients and provide legal advice.
• Handle litigation matters and manage case proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members on complex legal issues.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Registered with the Bar Council.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and litigation practices.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a team.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
