Goel Ganga Corporation is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their Head Office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
- Provide detailed replies to legal notices and assist with legal correspondence.
- Conduct thorough title searches and verify legal titles for property transactions.
- Represent the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements.
- Offer legal advice and guidance to internal teams on various legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal documentation with accuracy and ensure timely submissions.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice with expertise in drafting agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
