Goel Ganga Corporation is hiring an experienced Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their Head Office in Pune. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting title searches, and ensuring legal compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
- Provide replies to legal notices and manage legal correspondence.
- Conduct title searches and verify legal titles for property transactions.
- Represent the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements.
- Offer legal advice and guidance to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal documentation with accuracy and timely submission.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate law or real estate law.
- Familiarity with digital legal tools and software.
