Goel Ganga Corporation is hiring an Advocate (Legal) with experience of minimum 7 years to join their head office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review various legal documents including agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
- Provide detailed replies to legal notices and assist with legal correspondence.
- Conduct thorough title searches and verify legal titles for property transactions.
- Represent the organisation in legal matters including negotiations and settlements.
- Offer legal advice and guidance to internal teams on different legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal documentation ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documents.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on drafting, agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Preferred skills include experience in corporate law or real estate law and familiarity with digital legal tools and software.
