Goel Ganga Corporation is looking for a candidate for the position of Advocate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
• Provide legal advice to clients on various matters, such as legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and legal opinions.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and briefs.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the effective management of cases.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in the law, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact client cases.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files and documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution. A master's degree or specialization in a specific area of law is preferred.
• Admission to the bar association and valid license to practice law in the jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as an Advocate or similar role, with a successful track record of representing clients in legal proceedings.
• In-depth knowledge of the law, legal procedures, and regulations relevant to the jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and research skills to effectively evaluate cases and develop legal strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present arguments, negotiate, and draft legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases, case management software, and other relevant tools.
• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Experience :- 7yrs & Above.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
