Details of the Job/Internship
Goel Ganga Corporation is hiring an experienced Advocate (Legal) with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their Head Office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
- Provide legal replies and manage legal correspondence.
- Conduct detailed title searches and verify property titles.
- Represent the organization in legal negotiations and settlements.
- Offer legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage legal documentation with precision and timeliness.
Eligibility
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, especially in drafting, conveyance, notice replies, and title searches.
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research, communication, and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex matters.
