Gopal Srinath Kidambi is a qualified and licensed advocate from Secunderabad, Telangana, India, who has experience in drafting agreements, deeds, and documents, civil litigation, family law, property law, quasi-criminal litigation, quasi-judicial litigation, and certain aspects of criminal defense, also expanding my practice in the areas pertaining to DRT, AFT, tax (direct and indirect), etc.
Details of the Job/Internship
Gopal Srinath Kidambi is hiring one Advocate with an experience of 0 to 3 years to GSK Associates, Advocates, Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
The candidate should have knowledge of the following:
- Dishonour of Cheque provisions;
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
- Transfer of Property Act, 1882;
- Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, IPC;
- The procedural laws as applicable to the State of Telangana.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate enrolled with a State Bar Council as an Advocate with a PQE of 0 to 3 years of experience. The candidate must be willing to take the AIBE and strive to pass it or must have already passed the AIBE.
- The candidate must have a licensed laptop with the necessary software. The laptop should not be used for any illegal activities.
- Please note: Candidates who are local and enrolled with the State Bar Council of Telangana are preferred. This is because knowledge of the local language is required. Additionally, for non-local candidates, factors such as rent and commute expenses may make this opportunity not mutually beneficial.
