Details of the Job/Internship

H N A & Co LLP is hiring Advocates with 1 year of experience in Indirect Taxation to join their offices in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Visit compliance support clients and provide monthly notes on raised issues.
• Resolve critical matters related to information collection, process, and return filing.
• Prepare synopses for hearings and appearances before authorities.
• Escalate critical issues to client management.
• Prepare exceptional reports for partners.
• Share GST updates with clients.
• Liaise with GST offices for audits, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and Customs law matters.
• Handle customs and FTP compliance requirements.
• Draft writ petitions, civil appeals, and assist in High Court appearances.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM with minimum 1 year of work experience.
