Details of the Job/Internship

H N A & Co LLP is hiring an Advocate with at least 1 year of experience to join their Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Visit compliance support clients and prepare monthly notes addressing raised issues.
• Resolve critical issues related to information collection, processing, and return filing.
• Prepare synopses for hearings and appearances before authorities.
• Escalate critical issues to client management and prepare exceptional reports for partners.
• Send GST updates to clients.
• Liaise with GST offices for audits, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and customs law matters.
• Handle customs and FTP regular compliance work.
• Draft writ petitions, civil appeals, and assist in appearances before the High Court.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
