Details of the Job/Internship

H N A & Co LLP is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Visit compliance support clients and prepare monthly notes highlighting key issues identified.
• Resolve critical matters related to information collection, process execution, and return filing.
• Prepare synopsis for hearings and assist in appearances before authorities.
• Escalate critical issues to client management in a timely manner.
• Draft and submit exception reports to partners.
• Share regular GST updates with clients.
• Liaise with GST offices for audits, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and Customs-related matters.
• Manage customs and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) regular compliance requirements.
• Draft writ petitions, civil appeals, and assist in appearances before the High Court.

Salary/Stipend
