Harish and Legal Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Mysore. The Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advisory services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide advisory services on legal matters.
• Maintain ethical standards while managing case files.
• Collaborate with clients and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Expertise in legal research and document drafting.
• Experience in litigation and client representation.
• Strong advisory and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of court procedures and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
• LLB or equivalent degree with a valid license to practice.
• Familiarity with Mysore jurisdiction is a plus.
