Details of the Job/Internship
India Law Chambers is hiring an Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Vijayawada. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and managing cases while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and manage cases effectively.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
- Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and drafting legal documents.
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation practices.
- Strong advocacy, client communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and relevant regional languages.
- Prior experience in a law firm or independent legal practice is an advantage.
