Details of the Job/Internship
Jain Law Offices is hiring an Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Faridabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal advice and representation, primarily in real estate matters, along with drafting, legal research, court appearances, negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation on various matters with a focus on real estate.
- Draft, review, and analyse legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and attend court proceedings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies.
- Represent clients in negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their concerns.
Eligibility
- Experience of 2–3 years, with freshers also eligible to apply.
- Law degree with enrolment under a recognised Bar Council.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and analysing legal documents and contracts.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate legal practice or a related field is desirable.
