Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Saigal Law Offices is hiring one Associate Advocate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings for District Courts, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and NCDRC, and prepare legal opinions and agreements.
• Make regular appearances before courts and tribunals.
• Attend client meetings, coordinate with clients and their teams, and provide regular updates.

Eligibility

Post-qualification experience of two to three years.

Salary/Stipend

INR 35,000 per month for freshers
