Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Saigal Law Offices is hiring for the position of Advocate with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting:

• Legal pleadings for District Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, etc.
• Legal opinions and commercial agreements.

Court Appearances:

• Regular appearances before various courts and tribunals.

Client Management:

• Attending client meetings.
• Coordinating with clients and their teams.
• Providing updates and maintaining communication.

Eligibility

Experience Required: 0 to 3 years (Post-Qualification Experience)

Salary/Stipend

INR 30,000/- per month (for freshers)
