Details of the Job/Internship
JR Compliance is hiring an Advocate – Trademark & Patent Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Madipur, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage trademark and patent applications, renewals, and oppositions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to IPR.
- Conduct trademark and patent searches using official databases.
- Represent clients before IP offices and legal authorities.
- Provide legal opinions on trademark and patent matters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely compliance.
- Stay informed on amendments and notifications in IPR laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in trademarks and patents.
- Strong knowledge of Indian IP laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and research skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
