Details of the Job/Internship

JR Compliance is looking for a qualified Advocate with hands-on experience in Trademark and Patent filings, oppositions, and related legal procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark and patent applications, registrations, renewals, and oppositions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to IPR.
• Conduct trademark and patent searches using official databases.
• Represent clients before IP offices and other authorities.
• Provide legal opinions on trademark and patent-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely filings.
• Stay updated with latest amendments and notifications related to IPR laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in trademarks and patents.
• Strong understanding of Indian IP laws and procedures.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary/Stipend

Competitive salary up to ₹30,000/month depending on experience.
