Details of the Job/Internship
JR Compliance is looking for a qualified Advocate with hands-on experience in Trademark and Patent filings, oppositions, and related legal procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle trademark and patent applications, registrations, renewals, and oppositions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to IPR.
- Conduct trademark and patent searches using official databases.
- Represent clients before IP offices and other authorities.
- Provide legal opinions on trademark and patent-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely filings.
- Stay updated with latest amendments and notifications related to IPR laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in trademarks and patents.
- Strong understanding of Indian IP laws and procedures.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary/Stipend
Competitive salary up to ₹30,000/month depending on experience.
