Details of the Job/Internship
Juristi is hiring for the position of Advocate with 7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality legal documents including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
- Represent clients before district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration panels, and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, vet documents, and build strong litigation strategies.
- Manage the complete litigation lifecycle, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines.
- Work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B from a Tier-1 law college; LL.M preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience across Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Law.
- Expertise: Exceptional drafting skills, legal research ability, and courtroom advocacy.
- Knowledge: Strong command of civil, commercial, corporate, business, and industrial laws.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi, professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and resilient under pressure.
