Jurisiti is hiring for the position of Advocate with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Exceptional Drafting Skills: Strong ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Courtroom Acumen: Proven track record in courtroom proceedings with effective advocacy.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding presentation and communication skills for client interaction and court representation.
• Client-Centric Approach: Unwavering dedication to prioritizing client interests and delivering exceptional legal services.
• Client Engagement: Ability to engage with clients, provide legal counsel, strategize on cases, and propose solutions.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years PQE, with at least 3 years of active courtroom exposure.
• Expertise: Strong background in civil, business, corporate, and commercial litigation.
• Fluency: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Mumbai-based: Preferably a Mumbai native, as the role involves handling legal matters within the region.

Salary/Stipend
