Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is hiring an Advocate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in the Pimpri-Chinchwad/Pune area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients independently in court and lead arguments across multiple legal forums.
- Handle the complete lifecycle of litigation, including drafting pleadings, filing, and conducting legal research.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of cases involving Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Business law.
- Provide legal expertise and representation in Industrial and Labour law matters.
- Handle Consumer protection cases and represent clients in Arbitration proceedings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for firm clients within the Pune jurisdiction.
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and aligned with current judicial standards.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with an LLB degree; an LLM is preferred.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in core litigation.
- Demonstrated interest and proven experience in courtroom advocacy.
- Ability to handle drafting, filing, research, and arguments independently.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Pimpri-Chinchwad or Mahalaxmi Heights area.
