Details of the Job/Internship

JusticeForAll.Digital is hiring Advocates with 2–5 years of experience in criminal and cheque bounce litigation to join their offices in Lucknow and Haryana. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal, harassment, and cheque bounce (Section 138 NI Act) cases.
• Draft and file complaints, legal notices, bail applications, and replies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case arguments.
• Coordinate with clients, police stations, and magistrate courts.
• Maintain digital case records and ensure timely documentation.
• Support settlement negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university.
• Active Bar Council License (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in criminal or cheque bounce litigation.
• Strong command over CrPC, IPC, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Hindi.

Salary/Stipend
