Kalp Associates is offering structured internship opportunities to law students at its Hazaribagh, Jharkhand office. Interns will work under the direct supervision of experienced Partners and Associates and gain hands-on exposure across diverse practice areas, including criminal and civil litigation, legal drafting and court procedures, corporate advisory and transactional drafting, regulatory compliances, and tax advisory and related legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in matters relating to criminal and civil litigation.
• Support legal drafting and court procedures.
• Assist in corporate advisory and transactional drafting work.
• Work on regulatory compliance and tax advisory matters.
• Undertake research assignments and drafting tasks under supervision.

Eligibility

• Preferably students enrolled in 5-year law programs in their 4th or 5th year.
• Students enrolled in 3-year law programs may apply after completing their first two years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
