Kanoon Consult is hiring an Advocate for a contract, on-site role in Jabalpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements.
• Attend court hearings and prepare legal arguments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice skills.
• Experience in representing clients in court and attending court hearings.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Ability to provide personalized legal solutions and collaborate with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• Membership in a recognized bar association.

Salary/Stipend
