Kanzariya Group is hiring an Advocate to join their legal team in Dwarka, Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the company/clients in courts, tribunals, and legal forums.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handle civil, criminal, corporate, and consumer litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, notices, and responses.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and clients.
• Provide legal advisory on business operations, risk, and policy matters.
