Karthik Law Chambers is hiring an Advocate with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in Chennai. The role is focused on indirect taxation matters and involves drafting, advisory, and representation before courts, tribunals, and adjudicating authorities, with exposure to high-quality tax and commercial dispute work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Undertake drafting work related to indirect tax matters.
- Provide advisory services on tax and commercial disputes.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and adjudicating authorities.
Eligibility
- Advocate with 5–7 years of experience in indirect taxation.
- Prior experience in IDT is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with extensive practice before the Madras High Court.
