KDRA Insolvency Professionals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Advocate to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, and collaborating with insolvency resolution professionals to manage and resolve insolvency processes effectively.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with insolvency resolution professionals to manage and resolve insolvency matters efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; additional legal certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and reviewing formal documents.
- Skills in litigation, arbitration, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of insolvency laws and corporate legal frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and ability to manage multiple cases under deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in insolvency, corporate law, or related domains is preferred.
