Kent RO Systems Limited is hiring an Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the company in court and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, petitions, and memoranda.
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
• Advise management on legal rights, obligations, and compliance matters.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and company values.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice law in India.
• 2–3 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal practice.
• Experience in civil, criminal, labour, and consumer matters preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and computer operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Salary/Stipend
