Details of the Job/Internship

KP Law Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office located near Bombay High Court. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist seniors and represent clients before courts, arbitrators, and other forums.
• Conduct legal research and draft notes, affidavits, and legal documents.
• Track case status and latest judgments.
• Coordinate with clients for documents and case updates.
• Organize case files and papers chronologically.
• Brief seniors, attend proceedings, and ensure procedural compliance.
• Regularly update partners and clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in litigation and arbitration.
• Familiarity with electricity, real estate, IPR/media, revenue, municipal, company, and/or criminal laws is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
