Kshetry & Co. is hiring a Drafting & Legal Research Advocate with experience of to join their Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Draft pleadings, written submissions, applications, affidavits, rejoinders, briefs, and legal opinions with precision.
2. Conduct advanced legal research on statutes, precedents, and comparative jurisprudence.
3. Support case strategy and issue-based research for complex litigation matters.
4. Independently handle drafting assignments within strict timelines.

Eligibility

1. NUJS student or alumnus preferred.
2. Proven drafting proficiency beyond academic exercises.
3. Strong understanding of procedural, constitutional, and commercial litigation principles.
4. Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional discipline.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
