Laitkor Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd (LCS) is hiring for the part-time position of Advocate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Lucknow
Role and Responsibilities
- Offer legal counsel on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide support on legal documentation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Independently manage assigned matters while maintaining timely communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice law in India.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in legal practice or in-house corporate legal work.
- Solid knowledge of contract law, company law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
