Law Chambers of Adv Mohsin Mohammadali Sayyed is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Nasik.
Role and Responsibilities
- Representing clients in court.
- Preparing case strategies.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Conducting extensive legal research.
- Analyzing legal issues and offering strategic legal advice to clients.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills with experience in presenting cases effectively.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and case briefs.
- Excellent legal research skills and the ability to analyze statutes, precedents, and other legal documents.
- Knowledge of civil, criminal, and corporate law, as well as alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in trial court advocacy is an advantage.
