Law Tak is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in legal matters before courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and interpret laws and regulations.
• Prepare case strategies and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Stay updated on legal developments.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of legal drafting, contracts, and agreements.
• Proficiency in legal research and interpretation of laws.
• Effective communication and client management skills.
• Experience in litigation and court proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Valid Bar Council registration.
• Experience in corporate law or civil litigation is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
