Details of the Job/Internship
Lawgenix Legal is hiring an Advocate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Dehradun office. Freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Provide advisory services on corporate, commercial, civil, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and authorities as required.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council.
- 1–3 years of experience in litigation or corporate practice (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Strong command over English (written and spoken).
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.
