Legal Advisor is hiring an Advocate for a full-time on-site role in Jhajjar. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, advising on legal matters, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and collaborating with legal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Advise clients on legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare legal documents and draft opinions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with legal teams and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Relevant certifications or licenses to practice law.
• Experience in representing clients in court and legal advocacy.
• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Ability to work effectively within a legal team.
• Experience in specific areas of law (e.g., family law, criminal law) is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
