Details of the Job/Internship

Makhija & Associates is hiring Advocates for a full-time on-site role at its Mumbai (Thane) office. The role involves representing clients in court litigation, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and assisting in developing legal strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court litigation.
• Provide legal advice and draft legal documents.
• Assist in developing legal strategies.
• Represent clients in courts.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property laws.
• Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in IP-related legal services is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
