Details of the Job/Internship
Makhija & Associates is hiring Advocates for a full-time, on-site role at its Mumbai (Thane) office. The position involves handling intellectual property litigation, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and assisting in the development of legal strategies while representing clients before courts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court litigation matters.
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property issues.
- Draft and review legal documents related to IP matters.
- Assist in developing legal strategies for client representation.
- Appear before courts and represent clients effectively.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws.
- Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in IP-related legal services is an advantage.
