Details of the Job/Internship

Mandhane & Co is hiring a full-time Advocate with an LLB or equivalent degree to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients.
• Manage cases and ensure regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree in law.
• Skills in legal research, legal writing, negotiation, and case management.
• Experience in civil and criminal law is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
