Marlecha & Associates is hiring an Advocate with 1–2 years of court experience to join their office in Bhayandar. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients before courts and tribunals, and providing legal advice. The role requires frequent court visits in Thane and Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research on legal matters.
• Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Attend courts in Thane and Mumbai as required.

Eligibility

• Relevant law degree with a valid license to practice as an Advocate.
• 1–2 years of experience in courts.
• Experience in court representation, advocacy, and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary/Stipend
